How We Pack Canvas for 30-Day Ocean Freight

Western buyers lose margin when wall art arrives with crushed corners or warped stretchers. Our export packing is built for 30-day ocean transits, not domestic parcel hops.

Carton architecture

Every framed canvas ships in a 5-layer corrugated carton with PE bag, foam edge channels, and molded corner protectors. SKUs above 100 cm can add an ISPM-15 wooden crate. We run ISTA 1A drop tests on new carton specs before they enter the standard SOP.

Humidity and stretchers

Kiln-dried pine stretchers sit at 8–12% moisture. Silica gel and vapor barrier film limit swelling through the equator. For the US West Coast and North Europe, we recommend desiccant packs on Q3–Q4 sailings.

Labeling that clears customs

Cartons carry SKU, PO, destination port, and country of origin. Amazon FBA and retail UPC labels are applied in-line so your 3PL does not reopen master cartons.
